General

We’re a marketplace, and we operate a catalog system. A product is created then a variety of sellers can come and list it. That’s why the price and delivery cost can vary.

Account & Security

We will notify you when logging in from a new device or when your account information has been updated.

We want your account to remain secure at all times. Sometimes we ask users to verify their account with an SMS code to make sure only the account owner can log in.

Your Username can only be changed by a Hristigo System Administrator.

If you would like to request a new Username please contact us at mail@hristigo.com

In order to ensure your account security, try the following steps:

  • Log into your account and check to see if your account information has been changed.
  • Check your email, phone number, shipping address, payment methods, and bank account.
  • Check if any orders have been placed or if there are any new items.
  • Check if any payments have been made.
  • Change your password.

If any changes have been made, please contact our customer service team by email.

Cancellations & Refunds

Hristigo does not process or allow partial refunds.

We recommend buyers decide if they want to keep the item or return everything to the seller for a full refund.

If the buyer chooses to accept the item, the seller may offer a discount on the buyer’s next purchase.

If the return is approved, the buyer must return all merchandise to process the return. The buyer will be refunded the full purchase price when the order is delivered back to the seller.

We ask sellers to ship the order within 2 days of purchase. If the order is not updated after 7 days of purchase, it can be canceled at the buyer’s request.

Buyers are eligible to cancel an order at any time before it is shipped, but the seller can agree or deny the request. If you do not see the option to cancel your order on the order status page, it means that the seller has confirmed that it has passed the package to the shipping company and cancellation is no longer possible.

Sometimes the tracking stops updating while the order is still on its way to the buyer. In this case, the transaction can be canceled before it is delivered to the buyer.

In this case, the buyer will be refunded immediately after the cancellation, but the seller may be entitled to a refund.

Shipping

If your order has been returned to the seller, contact them and ensure they plan to resend the package with a new tracking number. 

If you have any problems or your seller is not responding, please get in touch with us.

Payments

This can happen due to a number of reasons. You may have entered the incorrect credit card number, card security code, zip code, expiration date, or billing address, or the transaction may have been declined by the card issuer or payment processor.

We recommend contacting your credit card company or payment processor for more information.

Another reason can be related to pending charges on your card or bank account for a short period of time. For more information on the card issuer’s funds hold policy, please contact them directly.

Some banks may place a hold on credit card account funds when they receive a request for payment until they receive an approval.These funds are usually released within 24-72 hours depending on a bank’s policy. Please Contact your bank.
